Title: Misconduct
Author: Penelope Douglas
Release Date: December 1, 2015

From the New York Times bestselling author of the Fall Away series who never fails to deliver a “powerfully written contemporary love story…”*

Former tennis player Easton Bradbury is trying to be the best teacher she can be, trying to reach her bored students and trying to forget her past. What brought her to this stage in her life isn’t important. She can’t let it be. But now one parent-teacher meeting may be her undoing…

Meeting Tyler Marek for the first time makes it easy for Easton to see why his son is having trouble in school. The man knows how to manage businesses and wealth, not a teenage boy. Or a young teacher, for that matter, though he tries to. And yet…there is something about him that draws Easton in—a hint of vulnerability, a flash of attraction, a spark that might burn.

Wanting him is taboo. Needing him is undeniable. And his long-awaited touch will weaken Easton’s resolve—and reveal what should stay hidden…

Oooh, gotta love a little taboo teacher erotic romance—taboo in a parent/teacher kind of way!

Easton Bradbury is trying to be the best teacher she can be at an elite school. She’s using all types of social media to engage her students while trying to forget her past. She’s focused on the present—or trying to stay focused on the present. But her present comes a bit unwrapped during “Meet the Teacher” night—she comes face-to-face with someone from her past that may greatly affect her future.

Tyler Marek is all business from his attitude, his demeanor, his clothes, his actions, and his inability to interact with his son. Tyler has made many mistakes in his past and he’s trying to make up for them, but he’s so out of his league with a teenaged son and now he has the hots for his teacher.

But parent/teacher relationships are taboo, especially for two people who try to guard their private lives from prying eyes. And yet, Easton and Tyler are drawn to each other like moths to a flame, and both are hoping neither of them gets burned.

Oh. My! I loved this book and these characters. Easton and her rigidity and need for control due to her past, and Tyler and all his alpha-maleness. Swoon. Their sexy scenes are panty melting hot. Seriously—just leave your panties off. Trust me. I loved their interactions with Tyler’s son, Christian—both of them trying to connect with him, trying to get through to him their feelings. Especially Tyler, who’s so clueless sometimes it’s comedic.
