I really enjoyed this book. Finn’s trying to balance his own work and his father’s company. He’s a mess in his business life, but he knows what he wants in his personal life. He just wants Winter. Winter is his and he’ll do whatever it takes to make her realize that fact. Sigh. I love Finn’s determination. He’s a great friend and a bit of a man whore in the past, but he’s dead set on having Winter in his life. He knows he’s potentially screwed it up, but he’s willing to gamble on his mistakes and hope that his love for Winter pulls them through.
And Winter! God, Catholic Guilt has NOTHING on Asian Guilt. Winter never puts herself first. Her love and concern for her sister shines through on every page. Too bad Ivy is a selfish bitch who only cares for herself. I found myself wanting to just knock on Winter's door, give her a big hug and tell her she’s not responsible for every decision made in the world. Then I would smack her upside the head to wake her up about her manipulative sister.
I was really pleased with the final outcome too. And I loved the glimpses of Bo and AnneMarie, and Noah and Grace. The boys are Finn’s roommates and they really helped round out the story.
