Ha! That title is totally, completely, 100% true. I CAN'T resist cowboys, especially not sexy ones like Levi...

Levi Haywood returned from war broken but determined to get his life back. Doing so means fighting for the girl he left behind years ago... Carrie Lynn Waite.

Carrie's health took her away from her home and the ranch, but back for a visit, seeing Levi again has her wishing things could be different.

Can these two imperfect people find a way to make their perfect love a reality?

Oh Levi! I'm more than a little in love with you... All strong, tough cowboy, but still bruised, scarred and maybe even a little scared. And so right for Carrie. These two had a real connection and it was fantastic to watch them figure it out.

I really liked this story -- it's always great to see two fictional characters battle real problems in a real way -- and I think that Elizabeth Otto did an excellent job of taking their respective 'weaknesses' and making them strengths. Neither perfect, these two characters together were exactly that because they were flawed. Brilliant, really.

This series is one with a lot of heart. A bit of fun, playful humor. And a lot of steam and sex appeal. Even simple kisses felt like more because of the sizzling slow burn and the engaging emotion. I'd love to see more from the Paint River Ranch crew, and not just because I Can't Resist a Cowboy (book)!

Elizabeth writes steamy contemporary and paranormal romance by day, and works as an Emergency Medical Technician-Intermediate by night. The night shift provides never-ending fodder for plots, characters and story lines! When not creating characters or saving lives, she wrangles three demonic children and tends to her heirloom garden in the beautiful Midwest.
