Author: Jenika Snow
Genre: Paranormal Romance
Release Date: January 24, 2022

BLURB

Adryan

I was ruthless, brutal. A sociopath by all accounts. The leader of the American Vampire Clan, a male who all feared because I was merciless.
And then I found my mate. Kayla. So fragile. Breakable. So human.
I’d make her mine, and she’d hate me for it. I wanted to give her pain with pleasure, wanted to break her skin and lick up the blood I spilled… take Kayla into me like she’d take me into her.
I’d have her surrendering to my needs. I’d give her my body but wouldn't be able to give her my heart.
How could I when it wasn’t something I had to offer, when I was nothing but a coldhearted killer?
So when the threats come to my front door, it’s time to show my female she’s mated to the most dangerous vampire in the world.

EXCERPT

“So if I’m playing along and accept that you’re a vampire”—holy shit, how weird did that sound?—“how old are you? Like Dracula old, or are we talking decrepit like Nosferatu?”
He tipped his head back and laughed loud and hard, his thickly corded neck coming into view. His Adam’s apple bobbed for a second before he sobered.
“One hundred twenty years.”
It was my turn to sober so hard and fast I might have died. “Goddamn,” I murmured. “You take ‘robbing the cradle’ to a whole new level. You do know I’m not even twenty-five?”
He hummed as if that turned him on. “You could have been old and wasted away when we first met, and I’d still find you the most gorgeous female to ever walk the planet.”
Okay. That was… beautiful. And weird. Definitely weird, but whatever.
“You don’t eat?” I asked instead of saying anything in response to that. My voice was a squeaky whisper before I cleared it and pulled my shoulders back.
Adryan made sure to keep his glass full, and damn him for even making that look sexy.
He leaned back in his chair but didn’t respond, just watched me as he lifted his glass, peering at me over the rim, and took a pull of the alcohol. When he set the crystal down, his fingers still wrapped loosely around it, the smirk he gave me had equal parts of annoyance and arousal raging against each other.
“Oh, I eat.” He was still smirking as he lowered his gaze down my body. He couldn’t see much because of how the table was situated, but I knew if he could, he’d be looking at one particular spot.
“I’m just not eating right now, kitty. I’m more concerned with you and your needs.”
I cleared my throat and shifted on the chair, looking everywhere but at him.
Stay focused. Stay focused.
“So why don’t you tell me what kind of man you are.” Of course I knew, or at least had a pretty good notion by the way he held himself, the things he said, hell, the clear abundance of money, judging by his place. Then there was the whole “import and export” business that seemed super shady, given his evasiveness about it.
I expected him to smirk arrogantly again, but his expression stayed stoic.
“What kind of man do you think I am?”
I pursed my lips. “You want me to be honest?”
“Abso-f*cking-lutely. I don’t ever lie and wouldn’t want my mate to either.”
My throat was so tight and dry. “I think you do bad stuff.” He didn’t respond, didn’t even breathe. “You’re a criminal, among other things, and you’re not going to let me leave.”
“No.” His tone was so… final. “I won’t let you leave. And yes. I am all those things… and more.”
My eyes narrowed at his cockiness. “You’re an arrogant assh*le.”
“I am.” He grinned slowly. “But that’s one of the nicer things I’ve been called, princess.”

Release Blitz - Cold Hearted Bastard by Jenika Snow

Title: Cold Hearted Bastard
An Underground Kings Series Standalone
Author: Jenika Snow
Genre: Contemporary New Adult Romance
Release Date: October 5, 2021

BLURB

From USA Today bestselling author Jenika Snow comes a full-length gritty mafia romance that blurs the lines between right and wrong... and love and hate.

He didn’t have a heart... but he wanted hers.

All I knew about life was anger and violence. Pain and suffering. Kill or be killed.

I was a “fixer” for the Ruin—a syndicate for the Bratva, Cosa Nostra, Cartel, and any other organized crime faction that dealt in the darker, crueler aspects of humanity.

I was a free agent who was called upon to do things weaker men didn’t have the stomach for.

And when you surround yourself with death for long enough, soon, you didn’t remember what it felt like to be alive.

And then I saw her. She was a fragile little thing who tried to be strong. But I could tell she’d seen too much horror in the world, too much of the ugly within people. I should have stayed away. I’d only bring her farther down into the darkness.

But for the first time in my life, I felt a stirring in my chest, this protectiveness and possessiveness toward another living person. And it was painful. It made me feel alive.

Lina tried to hide how broken she was, but I was an old friend of being ruined. She held secrets I’d find out. Because for the first time in my miserable life, I wanted something for myself. I felt something more than apathy and indifference.

I wanted to possess the innocence she clung to. I wanted to break it open and consume it for myself.

I could look into her too trusting blue eyes and knew I’d maim for her. I’d kill for her. And that became our truth when her past finally came back for her, when my present tried to destroy her.

They thought they could take the one thing—the only thing—I’d ever wanted for myself. They were wrong.

When I looked at her, I felt some of the monster that made me who I was retreat back to my black soul. He’d never leave... but he’d share the space.

For her.

A complete standalone novel in the Underworld Kings series.

EXCERPT

He had me off the ground and spun around so fast I grew dizzy. And then my chest was pressed against the boxing ring rope, Arlo’s massive body against mine, every inch of him burning me where he touched.
“You should get your money back if this is what they taught you.” I could hear the teasing, annoyed note in his voice, and my own irritation rose.
“You’re bigger than me, stronger.” I turned my head to the side so I could look at him, but that was a foolish move, as it brought our mouths dangerously close together. “I don’t have my pepper spray, and I don’t have the added benefit of fearing for my life and getting that kick of adrenaline.”
My breath caught, my lungs tightening, when this dark, strange look covered his face.
“You should be afraid right now, moy svet.” His words were low… deadly. “You should be more afraid of me than anything else in the dark.” He leaned in an inch. “If you knew who I truly was, you wouldn't be so close to me.”
I looked down at where his hand gripped the rope on either side of me, the tattoos on his fingers sneaking up the back of his hand disappearing and going up his wrist and forearm. I’d never been one to think tattoos were attractive, but on Arlo, it made him brutally beautiful to me.
“You’re so tiny, moy svet.” He made a low, gruff sound and pushed away from me. I closed my eyes and breathed out just as he said, “Again.”
And so for the next several hours, I sparred and grappled with Arlo until I was sweaty and sore, more tired than I’d ever been, but had never felt more liberated in all my life.

Release Blitz - And Then There Was Us by Jenika Snow

Title: And Then There Was Us
Series: And Then There Was #2
Author: Jenika Snow
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Release Date: March 8, 2021

BLURB

I’d needed a job and found myself applying at Lyrics, an intimate jazz bar in the heart of the city. My goal was simple—earn enough money so my ailing father didn’t have to worry about anything.

What hadn’t been in my plans was instantly being attracted to Bishop, my new boss and the resident bartender.

The attraction was insane, and the chemistry was off the charts between us. And the obsession he threw my way should have frightened me, but instead it made me want him even more.

He was protective, making me feel as if I were the only woman in the world for him. And after a heated night of passionate abandon, I realized he ruined me for all other men. It was the single most incredible experience of my life.

He said—vowed—he’d never let me go, that I was meant to be his… that it was meant to be between us.

And when I all but snuck out of his bed while he still slept, doing the Walk of Shame, I worried things could never work between us.

What I knew for certain was the one-night stand I just had with my boss was something I wanted to experience over and over again.

Because I realized I’d already fallen in love with Bishop.

But life was full of conflict, and mine especially was chaos. Sometimes that was too much for anyone to take on, even for a man who said I was meant to be his.

God, she was absolutely gorgeous. The most beautiful woman I’d ever seen. When I first locked eyes on her as I’d come out of the office, I literally lost my footing, unable to move—hell, unable to fucking breathe.
Breathtaking. Yeah… that’s what she was.
I found myself lifting a hand and rubbing the center of my chest. I knew I should have said something, but I was literally tongue-tied by how stunning she was.
Her hair was thick and curly, and so dark it reminded me ofonyx. Her eyes were big, soulful, and a rich brown that reminded me of mahogany. Her dark skin was smooth, flawless, and her lips were pouty and red, drawing my eyes to them over and over again. I thought back to her body when I’d first seen her standing there. Despite the jacket and slacks she wore, I could tell she was curvy, feminine in all the ways that turned me on.
No, nothing and no one has ever made me feel like this.
“Well,” she said, and I blinked, bringing myself back to the present. “I love this bar and the atmosphere. It’s eclectic and unique, and my father loves all things jazz—as do I—so I thought this would be a perfect fit.”
“No,” I said, and she stopped, her eyes going wide. “Korrie, tell me why you want to work here.”
It took her a moment, but I saw that she knew I wanted the truth. I’d never asked an interviewee this, because it wasn’t my fucking business, but there was no denying there was something special about this woman, and a part of me grew curious to know all the things, all her secrets.
Finally, she exhaled and glanced down at her lap, her thick curls falling over her shoulder. My fingers itched to touch her, to smooth my thumb under her chin and bring her head up so I could look into her warm mahogany eyes once more.
“My father is sick, and I need this job to pay his medical and prescription bills.” She looked up at me, and I leaned back, not expecting that to come from her. “And this is the only place that called me back for an interview.” She shrugged and glanced back down at her lap. I could see she twisted her hands together nervously.
“Look at me,” I said gently, coaxing. She lifted her head, and I smiled. “Thank you for being honest. You can’t know how nice it is to hear the truth.” I watched her shoulders relax, and she gave me a tentative smile in return.
“I wasn’t lying about loving this place though. All of that was the truth.” She licked her lips, and I was riveted to the sight.
I got hard.
My heart raced.
My palms started to sweat.
Nothing mattered but her. This tunnel vision settled in, and I embraced it.
“So when can you start?” I gave her a grin when I saw the surprise on her face.
“Just like that?”
I looked down at the application she’d dropped off just a few days ago, one of the waitresses having taken it. Hell, if I had taken the application from Korrie myself, I would’ve hired her right on the spot simply from the connection I felt with her alone.
And the truth was, I still would have hired her even if she hadn’t told me about needing this job, because she had to help her dad out. I wanted her close. It was this strange, sudden, but very strong sensation in me. It was as if this feeling I had toward Korrie was ingrained in my very DNA.
Not having her work for me—not keeping her close—seemed like the worst possible idea I could’ve ever come up with.

Author: Jenika Snow
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Release Date: January 11, 2021

BLURB

My job had taken me into the city.

I’d taken myself into a bar afterward.

I’d only gone there for a drink, but then I saw her, sitting on that stage, singing her heart out, her words sad and sorrowful, her voice beautiful and calling to me.
I wanted to know more about her right then and there.

And after that night, after I took her back to my hotel, after we’d both been lost in pleasure, she left, no goodbye, not last name or phone number given to me so I could find her again.

Now, three months later, after trying to figure out where she was, searching the city, all but being a stalker, I was still nowhere close to finding out who Adele was. But that would change, because I was headed back to the city for work. My plan was simple.

Scour the city, go to every bar… find her, because leaving without making her mine was not an option.

Release Blitz - She's Mine by Jenika Snow

Title: She's Mine
Series: Black Mountain Academy
Author: Jenika Snow
Genre: New Adult Contemporary Romance
Release Date: October 5, 2020

BLURB

Black Mountain Academy’s bad boy. That’s who Reese Trenton was, or at least how people perceived him. He came from the “wrong side of the tracks” with a perpetual scowl on his face, a body like a god, and the arrogance to match.

He was a rough around the edges, tattooed, and pierced kind of delinquent, but smart enough he’d gotten a full ride to BMA. And he piqued Keira’s interest in the worst—or maybe best—kind of way. He had her wanting to throw that good girl persona she carried right out the window.

He had her wanting to be just as rebellious as he was.

He knew too much about life, got drunk, and started far too many fights. And Keira wanted him like she’d never wanted anyone before.

They say opposites attract, and it seemed that was the pulling force that brought Reese and Keira together.

Heated touches.

Passionate kisses.

Filthy, secret intimacy.

They shared it all together and grew addicted for more.

He thought he was broken, too battered for a girl like her. Keira wanted to show Reese that despite the cracks he wore, the scars he sported, they were meant to be together.

But not everyone thought Reese and Keira should be together, and as the drama and chaos erupted, as people tried to rip them apart, they realized their loyalty and love for each other had never been put to the test more than it had now.

Reader note: This story was previously published as Giving it to the Bad Boy. It has been completely rewritten, re-edited, and new content added throughout the entire story. Basically… it’s a brand new book set in the elite world of the BMA series.
