I love this series that is all about friendship, love and sex (and the freedom to explore both). This outing is no exception as Amy Slaten is exploring her boundaries and desires at Sanctum, a club that is all about doing just that.
“Now that I’m single I intend to be as skanky as possible. I’m serious. I want to tear through some dicks.”
Amy has had to deal with so much, including a father who ruled her whole life for way too long. Despite her upbringing (or maybe because of it), she is compassionate, funny, and honest. Even her ex-husband loves her. Determined to do the right thing in business, she is going forward in complete contrast to how things worked in the family company for so long.
Flynn Adler knows all about the cutthroat world of business, and sees Amy as anything but an ethical business person. Their companies have been at loggerheads for years and underhanded dealings have been par for the course while their fathers were at the helms. Partnered with Amy in a club training class, he realizes who she is, and he is going to have to fight himself and her to keep aloof and distant. She is nothing like he thought she would be despite the fact she is the enemy. Being Dom to her sub is going to stretch him emotionally in a way he never saw coming…

Coming back to Sanctum is always a treat, and Amy and Flynn’s story was a wonderful blend of emotion, sex and intrigue. I’m not a big fan of secrets, especially when the reasons for it are questionable, but the characters and their struggles were so real that I couldn’t help becoming fully invested in the story. Amy and Flynn definitely had chemistry, and how the truth slowly comes out, while their relationship is developing in and out of Sanctum, had me glued to the story from start to finish.
After almost a dozen stories in this series, I’m still nowhere near ready to leave Sanctum!
