Oh Pace… We met both
Pace and Kylie in Colton and Sophie’s stories, and I was so excited that they
were going to get a book! I enjoyed their story even more than Colton’s, but I
still loved seeing Colton, Sophie, and the rest of the gang throughout this
entire book.
Kylie is a single mom
whose baby daddy left her the moment she found out she was pregnant. Pace is a
playboy – a hit-it-and-quit-it kind of guy – and Colton’s younger brother.
However, something about Kylie speaks to him and the fact that she has a son
makes him like her even more.
Kylie has a hard time
opening up to anyone, but is especially distrustful with young, sexy, wealthy
men.
“I
have personal experience with men like him. They’re looking for no-strings sex.
And considering the last guy I was with played ding-dong-ditch-it with my
uterus, and left me with a baby to raise, I’m more than a teensy bit skeptical
about men like him.”
Pace has never had a
woman say no to him, and that makes Kylie even more special. Slowly and
carefully, Pace breaks down Kylie’s walls and gets her to accept him into her
and Max’s lives.
The dynamic between Pace and Max is the best part of this story! Having two young boys myself, I felt that emotion Kylie would get seeing the two of them together. There is nothing sexier than a man who is good with kids.
I love a good playboy
turned a one-woman man story and that is exactly what Filthy Beautiful Lust is. It was sexy, sizzling, funny, and
emotional!
“That’s
it baby.” Pace’s big hand curls around my hip, guiding my movements. “Ride it
like you own it,” he says, bringing his mouth to mine.
I finished it in just a
few hours because I could not put it down! I am looking forward to Collins’
story. 5 stars

When we first met Pace in Filthy Beautiful
Lies, I couldn't wait to read more about him. I was so excited to
find out he was getting his own book.
Pace is a player, and only sleeps
around. He doesn't have relationships. So when he meets Kylie, a
single mom of a baby boy, he's in for something he isn't used to. Pace is
attracted to Kylie right away, and when she turns him down, he doesn't know
what to do. He isn't used to rejection.
Kylie is definitely attracted to
Pace, but runs the other way because of her past history with relationships.
Her son's father left her when she was pregnant, and now she has a hard time
with trusting men. She knows that if she is going to be in a relationship
again, she needs someone stable and ready for something serious. Pace
isn't what she is looking for, but can she resist him?
Even though Kylie pushes Pace away,
Pace doesn't give up. He keeps coming around and ends up being there when
she finally needs someone else to help her; even if she believes she doesn't
need help. Pace is so great with her son, Max. When someone from the past
threatens Pace's place in Kylie's life he pulls out all the stops to prove to
her that they should be together.
I absolutely loved this book, and I
couldn't help but devour it. After reading Filthy Beautiful Lust,
Pace has become my favorite of the Drake brothers. Now I can't wait to
read about Collins! 5 Stars

This is the third book
in the Filthy Beautiful Lies
series and Ms. Ryan just keeps topping herself! I started this book in the wee
hours of the morning, and could not put it down. Yes, I snuck in a few pages
during work because it had me all worked up; I just had to find out what was going to happen!
Pace Drake, a gorgeous
playboy, has never had the itch to settle down…until he really starts noticing
Kylie.
Sweet, caring Kylie
only has eyes for one man in her life and that's Max, her 1 year old son. Ever
since her heart was shattered by the one she thought loved her, Kylie has avoided
all men, especially men like Pace.
Colton, Pace's brother,
warns him to leave Kylie alone because she's not one of his
fu*k-them-and-leave-them conquests, but rather someone that deserves the world and
a HEA. Pace knows that he will have to show Kylie that he can be that man, and
goes above and beyond to prove that to her. What really made me chuckle is how
he used Max to get to Kylie in doing so!
Despite it all, Kylie
still has reservations because of the heartache that she's gone through. Not
only does she not think Pace really wants her, especially since she has
"baggage", she is also nothing like the woman Pace usually has.
I must say Pace has quite
a mouth on him, one that is not only used on words, but other things as well...**coughs**
The interaction between Pace and Kylie is beautiful, intense,
scorching hot and swoonworthy! *Sighs* To be honest, I wanted MORE of Kylie and
Pace. Ms. Ryan, please tell me there will be more of this beautiful
couple! 5 Scorching Hot
