"Come on out Rocketman," she growled. She inhaled sharply and licked her lips when she freed his manhood that bounced up with joy. "Did you just name my penis?" he grinned. "Hmm. Rocketman," he continued. She offered him a sexy wink. "Ready to dock?"
What a great combination of HOT, passion, humor and a psycho ex. I fell in love with all the characters. They are real people who struggle with the issues life throws at them while still keeping a good sense of humor.
Mutual attraction at the office can lead to harmless flirting and sometimes even love.
Mason's wife left him, and Laura kicks her husband out after a heated and nearly physical argument. Laura and Mason are one of the couples you cheer for, but are secretly jealous of. They have known each other for a long time, shared a mutual attraction they haven't acted on, and when the time comes for their chance, they are explosive right off the bat!
When Laura's, soon to be, ex husband discovers this new relationship, he does not take it well. Mason comes over for a date and is blindsided at the door. Will he be able to help Laura or will he be another innocent victim? I couldn't put the book down when the confrontation peaked.
This book jumps right in and the journey continues to the very end. I had a hard time putting the book down once I started. I can't wait to read book 2!
